Official Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor.
The Tea-Quila “Cooler Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Erin Shallmar Enterprises Inc. (the “Sponsor”). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party cooler manufacturer, social media platform, or retailer.

2. Eligibility.
The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec if you prefer), who are of legal drinking age in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Contest Period.
The Contest begins on September 15, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter.
No purchase necessary. During the Contest Period, visit the Contest entry page at https://cooler.tea-quila.ca and complete the entry form in full, including acceptance of these Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Contest Period.

5. Prize.
There is one (1) prize available to be won: a new insulated cooler (approximate retail value: CAD $120). The cooler is provided by the Sponsor as a prize only. Brand names and logos of cooler manufacturers are not associated with or sponsors of this Contest. Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent.

6. Winner Selection and Odds.
On or about November 1, 2025, one (1) eligible entry will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification.
The selected entrant will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and sign a declaration and release form.

8. General Conditions.
By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control.

9. Privacy.
Personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of administering this Contest and for future communications where entrants have expressly opted in, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability.
The Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the prize beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

11. Governing Law.
This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province of Ontario, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
